  • Climbing stairs..

    You will get many workouts in youtube.com and search for well experienced trainer, without a proper guides might get injuries always better to start from beginners basic workout.

Unhealthy Fats: Junk food is typically loaded with unhealthy fats, such as trans fats and saturated fats, which can raise cholesterol levels, clog arteries, and increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.
Added Sugars: Many junk food items contain high amounts of added sugars, which can contribute to weight gain, dental problems, and an increased risk of chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes and metabolic disorders.
High Sodium Content: Junk food often contains excessive amounts of sodium, which can lead to water retention, high blood pressure, and an increased risk of heart disease.
Artificial Ingredients: Junk food is often packed with artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, and additives, which may have negative effects on health, including allergies, hyperactivity, and other adverse reactions in some individuals.
Lack of Fiber: Most junk food lacks dietary fiber, which is essential for digestion, regulating blood sugar levels, maintaining healthy cholesterol levels, and promoting a healthy gut.
