Wheat bran - 1 cup, Curd - 3/4 cup, Green chillies - 2 (finely chopped), Curry leaves - little, Grated carrot - 1-2 tbsp, Coriander - little, Salt - 1 tsp, Oil - little, Mustard - 1 /2 tsp, Minapapu - 1 tsp, Shanigalu - 2 tsp, Asafoetida powder - 1 pinch
Wheat Rava Idli Preparation Method
First mix the curd well and keep it aside.
Now put a kadai in the oven, pour 2 teaspoons of oil in it and heat it.
Then add ginger, green chillies and curry leaves and fry.
Now add brown sugar and keep it on medium flame and fry it till golden color and let it cool down.
Then add wheat bran to curd, add enough salt to taste and add some water if required and mix well.
Now add grated carrot and some coriander and stir well and let it soak for 3-5 minutes.
Finally, mix the batter and pour it into the idli plate and boil for 10-12 minutes to make the delicious wheat rava idli.
